The first-ever App to make the traditional practice of writing RamaKoti, digital in more than one language.

RamaKoti is a traditional practice of simply writing the name "Sri Rama" repeatedly with the aim of writing it so at the least 10 million (Koti or 1 Crore) times to fulfil one’s life spiritually.

No other meditation act traditionally passed down in the Hindu way of life could be simpler to elevate oneself spiritually. RamaKoti is a digital platform to meditate on the name ‘Rama’, the central character of the great epic ‘Ramayana’. ‘Rama’ is very well admired, loved and worshipped equally among Hindus and others, for his unfailing application of the two foundational principles of the human being - satyam (सत्यम्, the truth) and dharmam (धर्मम्, the righteousness) throughout his life. He’s admired for his various other qualities that are fundamental and desirable for any human being to live and play different roles in life.

In sanathana dharma, it is firmly believed and experienced that meditating on a character you love and aspire-to-be leads gradually to attaining the qualities of the character and ultimately becoming the one being meditated upon. Prior to the digital era, meditators used books having pre-printed cells on every page to hand-write ‘Sri Rama’ script in their own language and mark the completion of a book as a milestone. Writing a number of such books to complete a RamaKoti (1 Crore or 10 Million times) was considered a lifetime dream and achievement. Our endeavour is to make this lifetime dream of meditators even easier with this RamaKoti App especially when they are digitally inclined in this fast-paced world - yet trying to retain the experience of writing the namam (the name) as our ancestors used to do using a book. This is also to remind the newer generations about this age-old practice and encourage them to act with their fingertips.

Let’s together reverberate the planet with ‘Sri Rama’ namam every moment.
